Not much: I have my pts start a pill on the first day of their period , so the period you start it , you will not see much, but next period at the end of the 1st pack should be lighter, and at your age you should be on the lowest dose pill if possible loloestrin, and in my pts i offer in office tubal sterilization- takes 5 minutes and then can do in office endometrial ablation to get rid of your periods.
