What do you ask?: Please forgive my frankness. The world is not fair, and cosmetic defects are both personal and professional liabilities. In many (most?) cultures, a masculine pattern of body hair on a woman is a strong negative. It's cruel to tell a person to "be confident" rather than deal with the situation. See about electrolysis or laser Rx. These should be cheap and easily available.
