?: Not sure how you could sustain an abrasion from something as soft and flimsy as a condom. If its more a friction abrasion from too much sex activity you avoid sexual activity until it heals. If you have swelling and redness you need to be seen asap. Any wound, lesion or penile pain deserves an std evaluation.
