Lochia: Normal postpartum bleeding should not last more than 6 wks postpartum. During that time it should progress to light maybe clear discharge and decrease in quantity.

Symptoms are : unusual bleeding / spotting. Pain after intercourse, bleeding after intercourse, longer periods then normal, pain in the abdomen and lower back, bumps within the vagina, etc. What can be the cause? Should i worry?
