Focusing on: Comfort measures (palliation) now moves to the front of the line even during curative treatment: anti-emetics, pain control. The most daunting is fatigue, and no vitamins do not help. But palliative involvement as full team member helps futile use of 'anti-cancer' thrusts when there are little chances of benefit. Some also well need to define appetite measure and use of canabinoids.
