Yes!: There are many options other than benzoyl peroxide such as salicylic acid, tea tree, etc. I recommend the skin clear wash from cosmo grade professional skincare.

Salicylic acid wash: Salicylic acid helps shed dead skin cells which help to unclog pores that are normally blocked by acne. It is a good exfoliant but works well applied (such as on a pad or cosmetic grade) rather than as a wash because it is not quite potent in a wash. Neutrogena makes a salicylic acid wash and is labeled as "oil-free acne wash".
