Common the first yr: The first year of cycles is often driven purely by emerging estrogen & not balanced by the Progesterone that will come when you begin to ovulate (release an egg).Only 5% ovulate at the start increasing to 90+ % by a year. Cycles can be irregular for other reasons too.If worrisome you should meet with your doctor & discuss them.
