Can a teratoma regrow?

Maybe: If a teratoma is completely removed (negative surgical margins), it should not regrow. If microscopic deposits are left after surgery (+ surgical margins), then a teratoma can regrow over time.

Growing treating: Depending on the source and the completeness of removal. The is an entity called the growing treating syndrome but this usually implies that a malignant teratoma was treated by incomplete resection and chemotherapy
