Gluten intolerance: Gluten intolerance is not an allergy as much as it is not being able to absorb it well. Patients will have tummyaches, nausea, bloating, gas, diarrhea/constipation, skin problems. Eliminate all gluten from your diet for 4 weeks and see how you feel. You may need to avoid it all the time or just eat it 2-3x/week only in small amounts. Use a probiotic to help your GI system.
