Possible UTI...: Although there are many reasons why you might get some abdominal discomfort after intercourse, a very common scenario i see are urinary tract infections that develop after sex. Bladder infections are often felt as low belly pain. I recommend seeing your ob/gyn for evaluation. A urinalysis can easily be performed to check for infection.

Belly-button pain: Belly-button (umbilical) pain may originate locally due to infection or herniation, or be "referred" from another abdominal location like the appendix. Signs/symptoms of concern include: local redness & drainage, umbilical bulging that can't be reduced with gentle pressure, fever, vomiting, change in bowels, generalized abdominal tenderness (suggests peritonitis), worsening pain.If severe, see doc

Abdominal pain: Abdominal pain of any type deserves medical evaluation. Pain in the right upper abdomen is of concern because of the underlying organs. The gall bladder, liver, bowel, and kidney exist in close proximity below the right ribcage. These are important organs and any pain referred from them should be thoroughly investigated and treated.
