Many things: Ovarian cysts or tumors , appendicitis, large or small bowel problems, abnormal pregnancy, fibroids, scar tissue, endometriosis, kidney stone, muscle or ligament pain, hernia, etc. You need to see your gyn or a general surgeon for a workup.
