Sterilization &: Recurrent epididymitis from urethra vagal reflux. Medical insurance will cover the latter, but most insurances will not cover vasaectomy as a streilization procedure.

Here is ...: Medical professional duty is help people live a long happy life. Life burden from raising children can be eased by limiting child birth. Vasectomy thus far has been proven to provide its birth control effectiveness up to 99.8% although post-vasectomy recanalization rate is known to be 1-5 %. So, it's an excellent means of birth control.
