Could lead to danger: Heroin users are at risk for contracting hiv, hepatitis c & other infectious diseases, through sharing/reuse of syringes and injection paraphernalia used by infected individuals -- or through unprotected sex with an infected person. These diseases are transmitted via infected blood. Blood in the mouth, could possibly transmit the virus. Kissing could lead to unprotected sex, risking hiv.
