You cannot.: Pubic hair is genetically programmed to be quite coarse. Conditioners cannot change the nature of the hairs, especially if trimmed. Thinning scissors are used by hair dressers & may help soften the overall texture. Waxing will allow regrowth with tapered ends; less coarse than clipped or shaved hairs. Otherwise, complete hair removal & shaving are the only way to really eliminate the problem.
