Not Necessarily!: Sexually transmitted diseases such as chlamydia and gonnorhea very often manifest as discharge from the urethra in males, and the cervix in females; however, many times they cause no symptoms at all! however, they could be doing internal damage. If you believe you may have been exposed, i urge you to get cultures done...And use condoms so as not to spread a potential infection! good luck!
