My husband has a skin rash hardened been using a prescription sal acid 6% fluocinonide 0.05% gel i pressed it a white skinny wormlike pus. what is it?

Maybe a skin gland: I think that one needs to be examined. If it is a gland that plugged up and you squeeze it you might force the material out the glad opening causing a skinny thick malodorous discharge. Those are sebaceous glands. Have it checked out if it is red or tender.
