Need to see it: If my patient, i would like to see what you are referring to as "dusky". Try to video tape him and take it or send it to your doctor by email. If truly turning dusky, i would not consider it normal and would need to look into it more. Issues that come to mind are heart problems or nasal obstructive problems. A lot more details needed.
