You don't say if the penis gets flaccid before getting the orgasm or your total intercourse time is 5-10 minutes. Sounds like ED to me: Inability to maintain an erection suitable for climax or satisfactory intercourse is termed erectile dysfunction. The diminished ejaculation could be related to ed or another problem altogether. See a urologist to tease out if you specifically have a problem with erections, orgasm, or ejaculation. These three separate entities require different treatments. And yes, it's a problem.
