Discuss with PCP: There are many parents who are blessed with kids that tax their parenting skill set.Fortunately there are people trained to help you identify areas where you can improve yours.Contact your dr & find out what resources are available in your area & commit to learning enough to help make parenting more rewarding. You will be glad you did.
