Wear: Arch supports while running, stretch before and after the achilles tendon, take a bottle of poland spring water put in freezer after running roll that bottle under your arch. If pain persists visit the podiatrist.

Stretching/footwear: Proper supportive running shoes and orthotics with provide more stability and support, relieving excessive tension on arches. Stretching exercises can also help. Ice and massage after running may help. See a podiatrist.
