What can i do if i have prolonged fatigue, nausea, and head spinning?

Brain disorder: Three thoughts come to mind. First is side effects of medications you may be taking. Second would be lack of quality sleep. Third would be direct effects on brain function either inflammation (encephalitis) or pressure (pseudo tumor). A thorough medical evaluation would be appropriate.
