Your period: If you are not breast feeding, or other problems, most likely it is your period, but your OB can do an exam and blood work and an ultrasound if necessaryto make sure you have no problems your OB should have told you when to expect a period.

Period : Is the most likely answer. The first period after a baby may be heavier than usual. If concerned call your ob.
