Herpes: I do not believe so. The virus would need a open sore, crack or cut to enter the body. Could a herpes virus live on food and then brush over a open sore on someone else say for instance sharing a bite on a utensil? Yes , i believe it could be transferred.

Very doubtful: The herpes virus can not stay viable on food for long. It is usually contracted by direct contact with an infected individual who is experiencing an outbreak or by sharing a glass, spoon, or even cigarette with said person.

Very unlikely: Oral herpes can only be contracted by direct physical contact with another person who has an active herpetic lesion. It may be possible in some rare circumstance that if you were to share food simultaneously with someone who had an active lesion, you might contract the virus.
