A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exercise avoid injur: Keep your weight reasonable, exercise regularly keeping your quadriceps and hamstring toned and stretched, avoid high impact activity, avoid impact injuries to your knee. Unfortunately not all arthritis is preventable and can be genetically caused and passed down from your parents.
