Early pregnancy: It is very possible to still be pregnant in this scenario. I would have you a check a pregnancy test today. If it is negative repeat it in 2 weeks to see if it is still negative.

Missed period but will have mucus that is clear and bloody. Sometimes medium sized clots will pass. Negative pregnancy tests.
