Not likely: Possible but not likely if your cycles are mostly regular. Three days late for a missed period, or more than 15 days afetr (supposed) ovulation hpt should be very reliable. See a doctor to sort it out!

Unlikely: You may wish to repeat the test in 3-4 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. Or you could get a blood test of HCG level which would settle the issue sooner.
