It depends on degree: It depends how severe the cardiomyopathy is and what your ejection fraction is on echocardiogram, sexual activity can increase heart rate and there is risk of fatal arrythmia and decrease in cardiac output if you have implanted pacemaker that decreases risk of fatal arrythmia.And cardiac output is related to ejection fraction discuss with your cardiologist and more often than not you can.
