Yes: Heavy alcohol consumption combined with Femara (letrozole) may be bad for your liver, but one glass of wine on occasion should have no serious effect.
Dr. Richard Bensinger

Yes: Femara (letrozole) is an inhibitor of the synthesis of the female hormone estrogen and is most commonly given for estrogen positive breast cancer. There is no cross over activity between the components of wine and femara (letrozole). So a glass or two is no problem. Enjoy!
