YOUR OB sould have : Told you that ! , like I do with all of my patients, depends if you are breast feeding or not, if you are breast feeding you may not get a period until you cut way down like 1-2 times a day and sometimes not until you totally stop, if you are not then you should get a period by 12 weeks at the latest after delivery.
