None that I know of: Bipolar disorder is a very serious psychiatric condition that if left untreated puts the patient at about 50 times (yes, 50!) increased risk for suicide. It should be evaluated and treated by a competent psychiatrist and in many cases can be effectively treated with relatively safe prescription medication. Not ideal!: Effective mood stabilization in bipolar disorder is at times difficult even using prescription medications. Otc mood stabilizers are not common and likely leave one without the therapeutic relationship with a provider that is essential in most successful treatments for mood disorders. Inositol has show some effectiveness in some forms of bipolar disorder, however the doses and cost are significant.

Bipolar Disorder: Bipolar disorder is a medical condition and not a simple ailment that can be treated with any otc medications. Now we have really good medications if used appropriately alone or in combination are life savers. I would advise not to use any medications just what some one recommends discuss that with your psychiatrist to get the best possible treatment all the best.
