See below. : Proper hygeine: wash regularly, dry thoroughly after bathing. Change socks and let feet air out regular. Wear well fitting supportive shoes and possible ach/supports orthotics. Check feet regular for sores, bruises or other abnormalities. Do not walk barefoot on hard surfaces or in public places. See podiatrist if any problems arise. If diabetic then see podiatrist at least twice yearly.
