See below. : Proper hygeine: wash regularly, dry thoroughly after bathing. Change socks and let feet air out regular. Wear well fitting supportive shoes and possible ach/supports orthotics. Check feet regular for sores, bruises or other abnormalities. Do not walk barefoot on hard surfaces or in public places. See podiatrist if any problems arise. If diabetic then see podiatrist at least twice yearly.

Good foot care: It is important to keep your feet clean and well hydrated. Make sure you wear good fitting well supportive shoes and get good arch supports.
