Several ways: These symptoms can only be adequately diagnosed only after a thorough evaluation by your doctor. This may include labs and other satudies. Once all of the information is in, your doctor can let you know what's going on, and what to do to help you.

Man or woman?: Excess body hair in women usually needs a medical evaluation. Even if it's simply one's heredity, it's a minus & best treated with electroysis / laser Rx unless the woman / her partner very much like it. A man who's naturally hairy can enjoy it, or shave / trim / wax what he doesn't want -- "manscaping" -- or get it permanently removed with electrolysis / laser if he's sure that's what he wants.
