Depends: Clear skin is a combo of being healthy from the inside out. Eat low glycemic, plant based foods, drink water (not all the other things), consider if you have food allergies (especially dairy and gluten), exercise, take vitamin b, d, e fish oil. From the outside use a good exfoliating agent to wash, sun block, hydroquinone for pigment and Retin-A daily; consider peels/microderms to help.
