Do more than creams: Try to minmize activities that cause your dry skin--avoid long hot shower/bath, minimize use of body washes/scrubbing, use of humidifer in winter/cold season, and minimize use of meds if not needed. Applying moisturing lotion such as aquaphor 2-3x/day, especially after shower/bath, will help. If not adequate, consult doc as u may need prescription meds. Good luck.
