What can i do to combat both withdrawal from alcohol and nicotine?

Mutual support helps: Consider attending a meeting of alcoholics anonymous and nicotine anonymous.

They are different: There is not one single thing to combat both addictions, although I am proud to learn that you want to quit both. For nicotine-i would try nicorette (nicotine gum) gum-chew the heck out of it. For alcohol, many but not all benefit from aa. 90 mtgs in 90 days is best. There are also medications for smoking cessation as well as for alcohol dependency. It is great investment in yourself to quit. Gdod luck.
