What can i do if i constantly have terrible stomach aches?

See your Dr.: One should not have terrible stomach pains all of the time. I would recommend seeing a dr. To get a diagnosis. There are multiple causes of stomach pain and they can vary with age so see your dr. Until then you can take something over-the-counter like Prevacid (lansoprazole) or Omeprazole to lower stomach acid. Either way see your dr.
