Avoidance techniques: Vsavagal attacks (neurocardiogenic syncope) occurs as a result of an abnormal reflex between the heart and the brain creating a vagal response to the heart and blood vessels, resulting in a drop in blood pressure and heart rate. The best treatment is avoidance. Once symptoms ate felt: lay down or perform kegel techniques (squeeze pelvic muscles). Fluid hydration very important. Also there are rx.
