Addiction?: Hi i am probably reading into your question, but as a physician I have several more questions to seek the story behind this question. If you are using pain medication regularly and are becoming tolerant of it i would want to do a full history of your pain and the amount of your use. Irritability, unfortunately can be a side effect of pain. But, it can be a side effect of addiction. Keep talkin.
