Foot fungus?: There are various things for foot fungus. Firstly, since fungus love wet dark places, let your feet air out whenever possible. Wear absorbent socks. Dry thoroughly after bathing. A small amount of powder in shoes will also help absorb perspiration. This combined with topical medications usually is helpful. In severe cases, oral medication may be needed.

Assume foot fungus: There are many over the counter anti-fungal meds that can be bought at the drug store. Good hygeine and topical anti fungal should help over 3-4 weeks.

Fungus ?: I will assume you meant fungus . OTC meds are available that work quite well. Where the fungus is on your foot will dictate how long to use the medication. If you see no improvement in a couple weeks seek the help of your podiatrist.
