Vitiligo on Penis: Hi i am sure you hate it in medicine when the doctor hems and haws. But, i think in this case it would be difficult to predict. I think one would be remiss if we did not acknowledge that vitiligo can change and 'spread'. But, it does not have to happen. It sounds like you are under good care and using a product to help. But, if you feel you need another opinion then there good skin docs....
