A member asked:

is there any medically approved and safe way to enlarge your penis?

No.: Despite all the claims of different supplement companies, and internet lore about penile stretching techniques, there is no way to substantially change the length or girth of your penis. A penile vacuum assist device may be used to maximize the size you do have. Weight loss and trimming of the pubic hair may enhance the appearance of your natural length.

Is there any way to naturally enlarge my penis?

No (not necessary): Other than in babies with penis birth defects, pubertal boys with hormonal deficiencies, or rare cases of underdevelopment, attempts to enlarge one's penis are not necessary. An adult penis with a firm erection is large enough if the penis touches the sides of the other person's opening, which is a vagina in the vast majority of cases. Additional penis width or length are fine, but not required.
A 26-year-old member asked:

Are there really any pumps or pills that can permanently enlarge the penis?

No: Many penis enlargement pills, creams, and magic potions are advertised, but they do not work. Almost every penis that can get a firm erection is big enough for the job (one can see a urologist if one has a rare case of an abnormally tiny penis). Occasionally, one or both partners have too much body fat, making certain positions of sexual activity seem difficult (weight loss helps in those cases).

Seriously you can't: With the exception of some specialized plastic surgery by a specialized urologic surgeon, there is no reliable way you can make this happen by a cream, pill or anything else. Tons of money has been scammed out of men and boys who thought there was a magic answer to this request.
