After 2 weeks: To get a flat tummy, a person must eat only as many calories as truly needed, so she can lose "fat" weight. At the same time, she must do several months of weight training with the abdominal muscles in order to build a strong "tube" of muscle that circles the abdominal contents, and holds everything in, when she stands up. Easier said than done, but it's possible! do need daily dedicated workouts!
