Complicated question: If you have a disorder of the testis or obstruction of the epididymis on both sides, you still can have prostatic fluid come out as ejaculate. The release of sperm requires that the testes are able to make sperm, and that there is no complete obstruction from the testicle to the seminal vesicles on both sides. A semen analysis will show if sperm are present in the ejaculate.
