Yeast infectio: Yeast infection caused by a fungus is very common. A trial of lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream over the counter used as bedtime for 7 days or until symptoms completely resolve. It is best to continue to use the cream for 2-3 days after symptoms resolve. If not better, need to see an md for stronger medications and also a pelvic exam.

See your MD: A vaginal discharge that doesn't itch, burn or have a odor is usually benign. However, have a gyn assess the problem for you to be certain.
