While you're alive: Bechet's disease is a genetic predisposition to having intestinal polyps that can evolve into cancerous growth. You will need regular monitoring to take out these polyps before they turn cancerous but this is by no means guaranteed that they will become cancerous. I don't know tht it will curtail your life span if you watch your health conscientously.
