Normal, if not urine: Sometimes during voiding in patients who have had multiple children, the urine gets into the vagina and is discharged later. This also occurs in post-surgical patients if the bladder or ureter was injured. Otherwise, mother nature normally makes vaginal and cervical fluid that is sometimes "ejaculated" during orgasm.
