Incomplete treatment: Conventional treatment regimens for hcv have many potential side effects. Many of these will reverse once treatment ceases. There is no significant consequence however to prematurely terminating hcv treatment prior to its completion, other than the expectation that viral cure will not be achieved. If you can tough out the side effects and you're showing early treatment response, finish treatment.
