Does giving birth lead to major bladder issues?

Possible ly : Delivery of a baby can but doesn't always cause damage to the bladder/urethra. Alot depends on size of baby, size of pelvis, length of labor and delivery. A c/s doesn't even guarantee that no damage will occur to the bladder/urethra.
