Gets complicated: Mental health care for delusional patients (schizophrenics) gets very frustrating in the U.S. Because delusional patients are allowed to refuse treatment that would get them out of their delusions, unless they are about to harm themselves or other people. County or city mental health services, or private mental health support groups, may know what has worked for similar patients in the local area.

Social worker: Talk to a social worker. He/ or she may be able to help. Talk to psychiatrist for putting him in a psych facility.
