See doc, police: Spotting is a sign of trauma to your vagina from forced intercourse. Please go to an emergency room immediately so you can contact the authorities and have testing for sexually transmitted diseases, like HIV and hepatitis. You are not likely pregnant right now, but can still receive emergency contraception so that you do not become pregnant.

Probably not: The spotting is probably a sign of vaginal injury or irritation from painful sex rather than a sign of pregnancy. I am very concerned that you were forced to have sex, though. I would strongly recommend getting help from a local sexual assault crisis center. This is never okay.
